March: Monday 20th 4:48 PM

Rangemore Jazmin Royale's arrival caused great interest, she had an audience of 12 humans watching her birth.  This 4th daughter of Lace weighed in at 13kg. Being a reverse appaloosa is a great excuse to keep her.

Saturday 4th-Sunday 5th

What a wonderful weekend!

The TTeam Clinic with Marty McGee-Bennett was a great learning experience!  The animals and people at Rangemore were inspired by Marty's calm manner and clear directions.

Dam: Pinelands Ario Rose

Tiger (cream) was an only child and needed the company and social interactions of a young bachelor herd, so he has come to Rangemore for training and to mix it with his half brothers.

September: Sunday 24th Farm Tours

Rangemore officially opened to the public over this weekend.   With over 100 visitors each day and 6 hours of talking each day, it wasn't only the llamas needing to sit down by the end.
Visitors comments "earthy, welcoming", "rather amazing", "wicked show", "llamazing".

Niki.jpg (18035 bytes) Saturday 23th

This was the most amazing happening of the weekend. Chyna walked out of the herd, across the paddock and lay down beside Cancer sufferer Nicky.  This is the first time she had done this and is usually not very tactile, as she doesn't like people pulling debris from her super fine fiber.

Sunday17th

Clean Up New Zealand's Environment week was supported by Rangemore llamas Dalai, Jos and Pirate.  With the help of 6 adults and 7 children, they cleaned up 4.5 km of roads and walked 9 km.  I can't repeat what the   llamas said about people who throw rubbish out of their cars.
